ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Pricing Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.

    PRE ORDER Terms and Conditions:

    Pre-order items are not currently in stock, and will be shipped when they arrive to The Sensory Specialist Warehouse.

    Pre-orders must be made using Credit Card, Afterpay or Paypal or direct bank transfer. Purchase Orders may be provided by schools.

    The estimated date of arrivals is listed on the product page of pre-order styles.

    Though we make every effort to provide an accurate date, it is an approximate date only and may be slightly early or late.

    By purchasing an item under Pre Order, you are agreeing to wait for the shipment to arrive in order to receive your goods.

    You will receive an email confirmation when your pre-order item is shipped.

    Shipping Policy Terms and Conditions

    The Sensory Specialist is committed to ensuring that all orders are processed, packed, and dispatched promptly. However, once a parcel has been collected by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the courier, and The Sensory Specialist is no longer liable for its handling.

    DISCOUNT CODE FOR NEW CUSTOMERS

    Terms and conditions of Discount Code: Valid for first time customers only. The Sensory Specialist PTY LTD has the legal discretion to remove any discount falsely applied to return customers or repeat shipping addresses.

    Exclusions apply: Our new-customer discount does not apply to items in the Climbing & Cubby, Storage, Vuly, or Springfree Trampoline collections. Due to brand partnership agreements, some products are unable to be discounted.

    Responsibility During Transit

    The Sensory Specialist engages third-party courier services for the delivery of parcels. While we will make reasonable efforts to liaise with the courier on your behalf, we are not responsible for any delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit. In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, customers are required to contact us via email immediately so that we may assist in lodging an insurance claim with the courier.

    Feedback and Complaints

    Any feedback, complaints, or concerns regarding the delivery service should be directed to the courier company directly. The Sensory Specialist cannot be held responsible for the actions, delays, or errors of third-party courier services.

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
    You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
    You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
